Stacie was recommended to us by some friends and I’m so glad we took the recommendation. The first time she saw the house, it was extremely cluttered; she was very clear that if we could get it cleaned up, it could make a huge difference in the price we could get. She was so right. She hired a professional photographer, her assistant, Karsen, helped stage the rooms. It looked great! Through the entire sale, she quickly responded to my calls and texts. She was always sensitive to the fact that my parents, who owned the house, are elderly and my mom has dementia. There was an issue with the deed, but Stacie solved that. Karsen drove my dad downtown to sign papers so that he wouldn’t have to worry about parking. After the inspection, the buyers wanted to come down significantly on the offer, but Stacie negotiated that expertly. We had some hurdles to overcome, but I always felt like we were in great hands. We got a really good price for the house and are so grateful to Stacie for all she did to get us through the process. I couldn’t recommend her more strongly.
